We’re changing the shape of mental health through creative resources, education and exploration.

Make Your Mind is a creative project designed to explore the texture of our internal worlds—so we can better understand the diversity and richness within each of us.

We believe curiosity is the key to connection. If we want to move towards collective mental health, learning to listen with the goal of understanding—not advising or judging—would be a powerful step forward. Feeling heard in this way can be a quiet bridge toward healing.

So how do we inspire deeper curiosity?

By creating tools and expressions that reflect both personal and collective experiences. As we explore our own inner world, we begin to notice the depth that lives within others too. And through that lens, we can ask better questions—ones that help us unpack and understand the people around us, knowing that each of us is navigating a very different inner landscape.

We’re being lead by:

Curiosity Asking questions is at the heart of everything we do. A desire to understand ourselves and the world around us fuels this project. What are you wondering about? We’re always looking for new questions to explore.

Collaboration Exploring ideas together is essential. This project is anchored in internal exploration, and we can’t represent the collective without the voices and perspectives of many. Got an idea? We want to hear it.

Creativity We aim to solve problems that don’t yet exist. Creative expression is one of our cornerstones—it’s how we open up conversations about personal experience and invite new ways of seeing.

Challenge We value ideas that push us—nudging ourselves and others toward broader perspectives. Growth comes from stepping beyond the familiar.

Fun Life’s too short for anything else.
